In collaboration with Canary Wharf Estate and as part of Roundabout @ Canary Wharf, on the 10th May, Tom Aikens will be gracing the Roundabout Stage to teach you ‘The Art of Fermentation’.
Join award-winning chef Tom Aikens and Tom’s Kitchen’s Executive Chef Richard O’Connell, who will teach the audience the art of fermentation, including the fermentation of vegetables and making ‘Kombucha’ a variety of fermented, lightly effervescent sweetened black or green tea drinks that can support your health and immune system.
Roundabout is the world’s first pop-up, plug-and-play performance venue in the round, from the UK’s renowned touring theatre company, Paines Plough – the national theatre of new plays. This pop up venue offers a unique 360 degree show experience with over 150 seats wrapped around the performance space with state-of-the-art LED lighting and surround sound.
