New spring menus


Tom and his team of chefs have been working hard to create new menus, showcasing the very best the new season has to offer.

Our new menus are packed with springtime dishes, such as Evesham Asparagus, herb sabayon, poached hen’s egg, pea pancake; Beetroot Marinated Salmon, dill & mustard dressing, egg, pickled baby beets; Rabbit Casserole, parsley scone topping, mixed leaves, radish; Seared Sea Bass, samphire, sea beet, watercress sauce and a scrumptious Dark Chocolate Tart, hazelnut praline ice cream.
