Tony Meredith decided to find farms that produced livestock to his own high standards because he was dissatisfied with the quality of meat generally available to butchers. Twenty years later his business has boomed and now from his farm near Bodiam Castle, East Sussex he provides us with tender, pink meat from delicious mother’s milk fed veal calves.
