Richard Vine steers clear of all synthetic growth-enhancing agents because he believes in working in-line with nature, and has created a natural and protective environment for his crops in Wiltshire. His farm now produces a selection of the finest, most naturally grown salads in the country, which add depth and colour to many of our dishes.
