The Caribbean holy trinity with a Chelsea flavour. A blend of Elements 8 Blanco and Gold from St. Lucia, hand squeezed lemon and lime juice, cane sugar with an added hint of Marachino cherries. A delight for rum lovers.
SCANDINAVIAN SMASH £8.50
Finlandia vodka with ruby red grapes pressed with fresh lemon, mint, granny smith juice and elderflower. Pure refreshment.
BRAMBLES CROWN £9.00
This is a refined take on a true London original, using Crown Jewel Beefeaters Gin, Peach Bitters, Lemon and Crème de Mure.
XANTÉ SOUR £9.50
Xante is described as having, “the soft sweetness of ripe pears and the intensity of fine cognac” and is used to its full potential in this delicious concoction.

Arette Blanco tequila with organic agave syrup, hand-squeezed lime and a splash of Cointreau. An awesome version of this well loved drink.
GIN GIN MULE £8.50
Nice large measure of Bombay Sapphire gin shaken with fresh mint, a splash of elderflower cordial, fresh lime and a sprinkle of chilli flakes. Served long with a topping of ginger beer.
GIN FIZZ £8.50
Millers gin is used to great effect in this resurrection of this often forgotten classic. We use fresh lemon, sugar and egg white. After a vigorous shake it is served short, straight up and topped with soda. Smooth and silky it’s a tribute for gin lovers to enjoy.

MARYLAND MARTINI £9.50
A refreshing blend of zesty orange, cranberry infused Finlandia Vodka and Chambord that will excite your pallet whilst calming your senses.

Sagatiba Cachaça blended with Pisco soaked pineapple chunks, clove and cardamom hinted sugar syrup and fresh lime. Simple and served tall.
ANGEL'S PUNCH £10.00
The big sister of our famous ‘ Silver Angel’. A generous measure of Finlandia vodka with granny smith apple juice, crème de pêche and a bit of passion. This Lady is topped with Henriot Rosé Champagne and served long.
ISLAY ESPRESSO £9.00
Black Bottle Scotch whisky shaken up with fresh espresso, a blend of coffee liqueurs and a touch of chocolate. Dusted with cherry chocolate and nutmeg it is a sneaky nightcap indeed.

We make this Venetian classic using fresh white peach and Henriot Brut Champagne.
CLASSIC CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL £10.50
Hine H cognac poured over a sugar cube soaked in angostura bitters and topped with Henriot Brut Champagne. This is collaboration between two of the oldest champagne and cognac houses.
