To kick off (or finish) your dining experience at Tom’s Kitchen there is a delicious line-up of cocktails to enjoy in the first floor bar or at the table in the brasserie, starting with a selection of Champagne-based drinks, such as the peach-laced Bellini or elderflower-scented Twinkle, through to a collection of classic cocktails (the Margarita is one of Tom’s personal favourites) and house signatures, such as My Fruity Wife.
The concise, well-chosen wine list offers much to excite the palate and skips the globe, dropping in on the craggy north-west coast of Spain with an Albariño from Bodegas Eidosela, to the rolling hills of Tuscany, in Italy, with Antinori’s Chianti Classico, and further forays into New World wine regions, finding superior Sauvignon Blanc from Awa-Iti made in New Zealand’s Marlborough and a bright, fruity Sangiovese from Chile’s northernmost wine region in the Elqui Valley.
But if beer is more your thing, Tom has sourced a selection from London’s celebrated Meantime Brewing Company. And not forgetting the line-up of after-dinner drinks to round off your meal, from a range of rums and sipping tequilas, to Bourbon and whiskies.
